As someone who can't cook, I know these pancakes are simple and quick to make and allow you to eat breakfast with your little one, making meal times family time. ❤️
Our little man loves them and they are perfect for him to be able to self feed. They are a great way to introduce play and textures into feeding.
Ingredients
50g Oats
100g Banana 🍌
1 Egg 🥚
Squeeze of Peanut Butter (optional) 🥜

Extra option: add maple syrup to a separate pancake to make it a little sweeter, for mum or dad's breakfast. 🤤
Timings ⏳
5 minutes of prep and 5-10 minutes of cooking time
Ingredients can make up to 8 small pancakes, or 3-4 adult-sized pancakes
Instructions
Step 1 - Mash the banana before adding to a bowl with the oats
Step 2 - Crack the egg and combine in the bowl with the oats and banana, add in a teaspoon of peanut butter (optional)
Step 3 - Heat oil in a large frying pan. Add a portion of the mixture to the pan and fry until golden, remember to flip them over to fry the other side.
Enjoy - pancakes are no longer a weekend treat! 🥞
