My favourite baby-weaning recipe so far is raspberry and banana bread 🍞🍌

It's delicious and perfect for breakfast, lunch or just a snack. 🤤 It isn't the quickest to cook but prep is simple and you can leave it in the oven while you do other stuff or hopefully just relax.

Great to freeze and use as needed.

Ingredients

150g butter 🧈

2 eggs 🥚

2 bananas 🍌

200g self-raising flour

125ml milk 🥛

2 tbsp apple puree 🍏

½ lemon 🍋

100g oats

200g raspberries

Timings

15 minutes of prep and 45 minutes of cooking time

Ingredients can make up to 10 slices.

Step 1 - Melt the butter.

Step 2 - Mix two mashed bananas, the milk, melted butter and eggs into a bowl 🥣

Perfect for a mum treat too ❤️
